Am 64 years old, bought a BBC model A in 1983 (I think) when they first came out, added memory and lots of other stuff as time went on. The Beeb showed me that I had a hidden talent for programming, which led to a whole new career writing programmes for use in industry on early PCs, which were rubbish compared to the Beeb. Now have a RISC-PC, a Windoze XP PC, and two Raspberry Pi's. Have been into electronics since the age of about 14, and have worked as an Electronics Design Engineer for most of my life so far. Was forcibly retired in 2006.
