Utilizing the Cloud9 IDE on Node.JS, Processing.JS and Linux on the BeagleBoard, I'm working on a project to make learning Linux easier.

The staring point source is at https://gitorious.org/~Jadon/jadons-education.

There is an abstract at http://events.linuxfoundation.org/events/embedded-linux-conference/kridner and I'll be uploading a PDF of the slides soon.

If you have questions on utilizing the code or contributing to the project, please contact me on the http://beagleboard.org/discuss mailing list. It would be best to include BLEP in the subject line to indicate the http://beagleboard.org/linux_education project.
