The ADXL335 accelerometer connected to a Beagle Bone.
The Z axis is connected to AIN0, Y to AIN2, and X to AIN6. The ADXL335 is powered by the 3.3 V output on the P9 connector (Pin 3), which means that the accelerometer output must be divided into the 0-1.8 V range (voltage dividers shown here with 10kOhm resistors).
A 1 uF capacitor is placed between Vs and GND to help reduce noise in the accelerometer output.
