If you intend to write articles
- Read Information for authors
- Setup a DropBox account and request access in the group email
If you intend to assist with layouts:
- Setup a DropBox account and request access in the group email
- Join Github
- Request access to TheMagPiGit in the group email
- Install GitHub scripts
- Clone the following repositories magpi-templates and magpi-issue* where * is the current issue number being worked on
- Install Scribus
- Install Standard Fonts
- Read TheMagPiLayout
- Read TheMagPiPdf
If you intend to assist with graphics:
- Setup a DropBox account and request access in the group email
- Join Github
- Request access to TheMagPiGit in the group email
- Install GitHub scripts
- Clone the following repositories magpi-templates and magpi-issue* where * is the current issue number being worked on
- Install GIMP
If you intend to Proof Read / Test:
Nothing further needed, you can collect finished PDFs from MMS / ISUUU for proofing / testing.
