This was done in conjunction with User:Wmat. I'm not thrilled by having two sets of pages rather than simply contributing to the community page, but there is a desire to be able to assert a certain amount of accountability for the information and allowing/monitoring all community edits makes that difficult.
There is no redirect, merely a link. I suggest working with User:Wmat if you want to change how people get to the "official" pages.
