&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;Some decades ago, I built my own Acorn Atom and learnt assembly language and hardware interfacing then bought the BBC computer, which still works!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I was  hardware engineer but have gradually turned into a software engineer - although I can't say I like object orientated programming much - it seems more complex rather than simpler to me?? Give me assembly code any day!&lt;br /&gt;
