USB3 ports not detected on King Fisher

Hi,

Linux does not detect the RCAR M3 USB3 ports.

USB3.0(CN2) cannot use with M3 SK. This is a limitation of M3 SK.

If you want to use USB3 ports, please use the H3 SK.
