What I found lacking on this page was instructions to connect a serial console. Or (otherwise) the fact where the serial console (marked as serial debug) pins are.
I know this is a general page but to me this is such a basic first step that I really thought it should be here. If not, where?
I took a photo and wanted to post it but it seems I'm not allowed to edit this page. Or I'm missing something.
Beng, this page is within the Beagleboard namespace which is a protected namespace. At the top of the page, it indicates that if you have any issues with the content on the page to contact Gerald Coley. Please email Gerald and ask him for page access.
Alternatively, you could create a new page outside of the Beagleboard namespace called Beagleboard-X15 Serial Console or something similar and put it in the Beagleboard category.

The current statement is correct but I would like to see a bit more clarity. Altough the Imagination user space components are closed source, the kernel components are GPLv2 licensed. This is an important distintion and not every graphics solution can make the same claim.
I would like this section to read:
The TI Sitara device used on BeagleBoard-X15 utilizes Imagination Technologies' PowerVR SGX544 GPU. The kernel components of the current solution are GPLv2 licensed. There is no open source support for the user space componets of this GPU from Imagination, but the FSF has proposed a project to create an open driver.
