How to use Wayland/Weston and Multimedia on Yocto v4.1.0.

Yocto v4.1.0 doesn't support Wayland/Weston and Multimedia packages.
But R-Car Gen3 Community Yocto BSP(Yocto v4.1.0 Yocto Project 3.1.2) support them.
