A better place for your boards would be here:

Please feel free to add them.

Hi, Happy New Year 2015 !! Thank you for your reply. I have added, however I do not know how to add the picture, and probably done something wrong, by adding only the link to the picture. Can you please check it and correct. Thank you in Advance PiMaster

Banana Pi section in Hardware Pages?

Hi, Please could you add a Banana Pi section to the hardware pages? I'd like to start compiling information on Banana Pi resources and community. Thanks.

Here's the logo:

BTW, if you'd like to send me a board, I perhaps could better help support Users.

Add new project to "Hardware Pages"

can someone please add OpenPhoenux to the "Hardware Pages" section (i.e. change it to a 3x3 grid)? I've created the initial content for the project and would like to have it more visible to a broader community, to encourage contributions.

The logo can be found here: Media:OpenPhoenux-1024.png

No problem.

Can you add the 'MIPS Creator CI20' to the hardware pages section as well please.
Image for thumbnail uploaded as File:CI20_square_small.png
Let me know if that is not suitable and I can regenerate.
Presume we can have 'MIPS Creator CI20' as the text linking off to a 'CI20' page?
I have pages ready to put up.

Add the Parallella project too, please?

Thanks. Could you use the logo from the Parallella page? The picture of the board doesn't stand out very well.

Jan Kok (talk)13:36, 26 May 2014

Check it now, is that the one?

Yes, thanks!

Add new "Yocto" wiki page.

Can you add a link to a "Yocto" page in the "Development Portals". I think Yocto should be there since it can be used on many hardware devices.

Thanks ssinfod

Ssinfod (talk)12:24, 7 July 2014

I'm not sure I agree. Yocto is a software project that has it's own extensive wiki. All of the portal and hardware project links on the MainPage are to content internal to If I start putting links to external projects on the MainPage, everyone is going to want to add theirs. However, I'm not opposed to creating a page called External Projects and adding links there. I'd even add an External Projects icon to the MainPage.

I don't want to document yocto itself.. In fact, I would like to document more specific instructions for specific hardware.

Maybe, the way to do it could be to add a yocto section in each hardware devices (that is using yocto)...

What do you think ?

An idea: It would be great if we could search in the wiki pages with multiple selection filters (ex: yocto and Beagle Bone)

Ssinfod (talk)09:42, 8 July 2014

The way to organize is to properly categorize pages. Then, if you click on Category:Yocto for example, you'd list all pages within the Yocto category. Believe me, I'd love for this to be the case, but I haven't had the time to review all of the pages and categorize them properly. It's on my todo list though.

I'd had an idea a while ago to provide a form on the front page from which a user could select their board and have the wiki return all of the pages relevant to that board. This is in effect bypassing the selection of the Category as I described above. It requires proper and complete categorization of all of the pages though.

You're welcome to add Yocto sections to any hardware pages though. I'm sure the Yocto and the hardware vendors would be appreciative.

I say this because it is sometimes hard to find information on a subject for a specific board...

Ssinfod (talk)09:42, 8 July 2014

You're best bet is to use the search function.

Raspberry Pi - Raspbian Real Time Kernel

I am trying to make Raspbian kernel to support real time and to do that I cloned the latest kernel from raspbian github repository and applied rt patch for 3.10.25-rt23(

Ifollowed this link

I did everything correctly, but somthing goes wrong. When I try to reboot with the new rt-kernel raspbian starts booting, it finally prints the below lines and then stops there. Do you have any idea to solve this, or any recommendation for me ?

Please don't post the same message twice. And please don't post specific questions to the MainPage Discussion page. This question should be on the Discussion page it's related to.

I recommend unplugging your peripherals and rebooting.
