The file is has the date of first run of the operating system.<br />
A quick visual check of the key on two different systems also shows the files to be different.<br />

I propose that section should be removed from the document.<br />

If this may be the case for only certain distributions then perhaps update the section to state that - or raise this as an bug against those distributions.</div>Penguintutor
